I have been experimenting and trying new things with rigging, especially to get to know more the node editor and connecting editor.
I have been using a system of curve and clusters to get some organical deformation.
For the nodal part, I've use a multiplyDivide node with the value of the length of my curve and connect it to the scaleX to all of my joints. This is what allows the stretch.
There are also blendColors nodes used as chanel to put influence value to my rotateX joints on each controlers to have a deformation more smooth and controled when rotating the tentacle.
This was a fun little challenge.
